Maria Paz joined the company in 1987, having spent almost her entire professional career at the company, first as a nurse at the Bonanova Dialysis Center and later as the head nurse of the clinic.
In 2010 she went on to perform the role of Clinical Specialist in Spain and from 2016 to the present as Country Nursing Director.
During the years 2018 to 2020, she performed her duties for both Spain and Portugal.
As Country Nursing Director, she is responsible for leading and promoting the continuous improvement of clinical results and patient experience, through the development and implementation of clinical protocols, training and management the competencies of the clinical teams and Clinical Practice audits.
Maria Paz is a training nurse and has carried out different specialization studies. She has a Master's degree in Administration and Nursing Management from the University of Barcelona. She has recently completed a module on Artificial Intelligence Applied to Health at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
