Javier Mateos has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources in multinational companies in the healthcare and distribution sectors, among others.
He joined us in 2025, having already been part of our company between 2009 and 2015, a period in which he left an excellent professional and personal mark.
After his previous stint at Diaverum, Javier continued to develop his professional career at Primark and later at the Selena Group, as Director of Human Resources for ten years, contributing solid experience in talent management, organizational development, and team leadership.
He has a degree in Labor Sciences, a diploma in Labor Relations, and a Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Economics and combines his professional activity with teaching, as an Associate Professor at Rey Juan Carlos University, as well as collaborating with IME, the business studies center at the University of Salamanca.
